Dry hire or supply-and-operate
If you're handy and just need the machine, dry-hire a Kanga mini loader from $230 a day — including the trailer, 4-in-1 bucket and spreader bar, with augers, a trencher and a cement mixer available on request (fees apply). We deliver and pick up for $80 so you don't need a tow vehicle or a licence to move it.
Rather leave it to us? We also supply the machine with an operator as part of a structural landscaping or fencing job — handy when there's tricky access, rock, or you'd just like it done right the first time.
What you can get done with a mini loader
A tracked Kanga is light on the lawn but punches well above its size — it'll fit through a standard side gate, which makes it perfect for tight Townsville backyards a Bobcat can't reach. People hire ours for levelling and spreading soil and gravel, augering post and footing holes, trenching for drainage and irrigation, shifting mulch and rubbish, mixing concrete, and breaking up old paths and slabs with the rock breaker.

How much is the Kanga mini loader to hire?
The Kanga 7 Series tracked mini loader is $230 a day, $395 for a 2-day hire or $1,100 weekly — and the compact Kanga Kid is the same rates. Both come on the trailer with the 4-in-1 bucket and spreader bar, with augers (200, 250 & 300mm), a cement mixer and a trencher available (fees apply). Delivery is $80 and covers both drop-off and pick-up.
How much is the excavator to hire?
The 2-tonne Bobcat excavator is $300 a day, $500 for 2 days or $1,250 weekly. It comes on a trailer with 200, 300 and 450mm trench buckets, a 980mm mud bucket and a ripper, with augers (250, 300 & 450mm) and a rock breaker available as additional attachments (fees apply).
Do you deliver the equipment?
Yes — delivery is $80 and includes both drop-off and pick-up, so you don’t need a vehicle to tow it. We’ll set it down where you need it.
Can I hire an operator as well?
In many cases, yes — if you’d rather we operate the machine for your fencing, landscaping or earthworks job, just ask and we’ll quote it as a supply-and-operate job.
